Thank you for shopping with Why The Fun. We are dedicated to providing high-quality fashion and lifestyle pieces to our global community. To ensure the finest shopping experience, every single item undergoes a rigorous quality check and is meticulously hand-packaged at our Hong Kong studio before journeying to you.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. We use this time to conduct a final quality inspection and complete our signature brand packaging. Please note that shipments are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination. We primarily ship to North America and Europe with the following estimated delivery windows:

North America (USA, Canada): 7–14 business days

Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7–12 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please Note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, holiday peak seasons, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Why The Fun is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, import duties, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey through our website or the carrier’s official portal. Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to update and become active.
5. Delivery Address Restrictions
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. To guarantee the safe and secure delivery of our premium items, we currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
6. Damages & Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@whythefun.com with photos of both the packaging and the product. We will immediately assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue with the courier.
