At WHY THE FUN, we take pride in the premium quality, unique design, and craftsmanship of our curated lifestyle and botanical art pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve it.

Our return policy lasts **30 days**, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

### How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at **contact@whythefun.com**. 

Please carefully note the following conditions before initiating a return:
* **Return Address:** Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping address on the package without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return shipping address and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
* **Return Shipping Fees:** * If the return is due to personal preferences (e.g., changed your mind, don't like the style/color, or ordered by mistake), **the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and liabilities**. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  * If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item received, WHY THE FUN will fully cover the return logistics costs or arrange a replacement.

### Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at **contact@whythefun.com** within **48 hours of delivery**. 

To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include the following in your email:
1. Your Order Number
2. A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective item
3. A photo of the shipping label and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full/partial refund, and you will not be charged for any extra shipping fees.

### Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our brand standards, certain types of items cannot be returned:
* **Custom Products:** Special orders, personalized items, or custom-made pieces.
* **Gift Cards:** We do not accept returns or offer refunds on gift cards.

### Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

### European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. 

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer remains responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

### Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within **10 business days**. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account as well.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at **contact@whythefun.com**.
